Vollständig kürzen

This applies to fraction. "Kürzen" means to reduce a fraction. "Vollständig" means totally, fully, as far as possible.
The fraction 10/25 can be reduced to 2/5 (and no further). Therefore 2/5 is "vollständig gekürzt".
