Percentage value
Here is an overview of the three most important words to do with percenctages:
Base = Grundwert -> always corresponds to 100%. Never writte with the %-sign
Percentage = Prozentsatz -> always written with %-sign behind the number
Percentage value = Prozentwert -> never written with the %-sign behind the number
