Der Alte Leuchtturm Borkum wurde als Seezeichen 1576 durch die Stadt Emden auf der ostfriesischen Nordseeinsel Borkum errichtet. Es hatte damals noch kein Feuer und diente nur als Landmarke. Erst 1817 wurde auf dem Turm ein Leuchtfeuer eingerichtet.
